One of the hardest things in business is trying to figure out how to standout from the crowd (your competitors). What if you can make them irrelevant by positioning yourself in a unique angle? This is the workshop that will help you discover your ‘Unique Value Proposition’ (UVP) through interactive group discussions and hearing other people’s stories. Knowing your UVP is one of the first steps in creating a successful business because it will give you the clarity that’s needed.
This officially kicks off our first business workshop for 2015. With the debut workshop late last year being a massive success (all 22 participants stating they want to attend more workshops in future), we have decided to extend the invite to the general public as well. Though the topic this time will be the same as last time, we have taken feedbacks from previous participants and improved the format of the workshop. Those previously attended are welcome to attend again (because it can take a few sessions for you to figure out your unique business niche).

This will be one of many workshops for small service-based business owners aimed at improving their business knowledge and network. We will be tackling various business topics such as time management, niching, target market, operational bottlenecks, sales, resourcing, marketing and operations with action-focused outcomes so that it’s not just all talk and no action. Best of all, as this is an interactive workshop, we can leverage off all the participant’s experience and networks to make this a practical and worthwhile for everyone.
