Aspire One Dental
The client is a first time practice owner and bought over a dental practice from a retiring dentist at the border of Melbourne CBD. He reached out for assistance after doing some research online on websites he liked which just happen to be created by 20-80 Solutions.
This is probably one of the most difficult cases we have accepted from business and technical perspective. The reason is that they are inside a corporate building which doesn’t allow signage on the street so that means there is no benefit from foot traffic. They share the same floor with 3 other dentists who is in direct competition with them and they are on the edge of CBD (across the road from Parkville) which means they are technically competing for the ‘dentist Melbourne’ keyword from an online marketing perspective.
As usual, we created a dental website that’s consistent with their brand which had a modern outfit. We brainstormed about what kind of patients would find them appealing (this is especially important because the retiring dentist had a following of older patients) that’s specifically for Peter. In the end, we decided to hit the university students from the University of Melbourne by taking advantage of the location of the practice.
By focusing on Parkville and targeting university students we were able to build a strong high revenue following such as invisalign and cosmetic dentistry. We also help them build their online reputation from nothing to close to 100+ reviews over a 2 year period as part of ongoing support.
