This client is one of the most respected Chiropractor in the Gonstead community as he has been established for a long time and proven the test of time. The client has a belief of “if it’s not broken why fix it”, however over the years he noticed the patient base is slowly decreasing and starting to affect business, so after consulting his chiropractic peers, he found us by referral.

Challenge
The client’s website was only freshly developed by another web developer (which wasn’t really up to scratch) and thus didn’t want to throw it all away. As much as we tried to push them to pull the trigger, they were reluctant so we were restricted to an unideal framework to work with.
Solutions
We did the best we could with the content, structure and ensure the website is optimised for fast loading. Some time passed by and and their overall results didn’t improve sufficiently. In the end we had enough of the bottleneck and simply offered the client a rebuild as they were with us with support during all these time. Once the new website got launched, it only took about a month for the website to ranked #1 in their suburb. We even convinced them to implemented Online Booking which made a massive difference to their New Patient numbers from the first week.
