It’s easy for businesses to communicate ‘what’ products or services they are selling, and to some extent ‘how’ the product or service will make a difference to their customers. The ‘why,’ however, is what will connect you and your potential customers at the deepest level because of the shared beliefs. Sometimes it’s hard to figure out the reasons why you are doing what you do, but when you do figure it out, it can be the strongest motivator for you and your business (especially when times get tough).
